【Repertoire Requirements】
Preliminary Round (All Categories):
Preliminary Free Piece (All categories): Maximum judging time is 5 minutes. Submitted videos must be 10 minutes or less.
Final Round:(outside in Japan, accept Online Judging YouTube or BiliBili)
•Categories A & B: Up to 6 minutes
•Categories C & D: Up to 8 minutes
•Categories E & F: Up to 10 minutes
•Categories G–L: Up to 13 minutes
※ The same piece cannot be used in both rounds.
※ Judging will focus on the performance within the time limit.
※ Multiple pieces allowed.

【Participation Regulations】
•Copyright of all submitted media belongs to the organizer.
•Use of copyrighted music requires appropriate permission.
•YouTube videos must be set to “unlisted.”
•Slight overtime performances may be considered but only content within the time limit will be judged.
•Video must be recorded within one year of submission.
•Applications must be submitted via formrun.
•Incomplete applications will be disqualified.
•Final round schedule to be announced in early October.
•Specific performance time requests will not be accepted.
•Only final round participants will receive jury comments.
•Participants needing a visa must obtain it at their own responsibility.
•Performing commercially without organizer permission will result in disqualification.
•Interpretation services can be arranged at participant’s expense.
•Participation fees are non-refundable (including personal reasons or visa denials).
•The final round may be canceled in case of force majeure (e.g. natural disaster, war, pandemic).

【Regarding Judging & Results】
•Prizes will be awarded to top scorers who fully comply with competition rules and meet the standard for prize eligibility.
•Prize money will be awarded within two months of the results announcement.
•Appeals against judging results will not be accepted.
•Posting false information on social media will lead to disqualification and appropriate action.

•Jury members are subject to change without prior notice.
•Rules may be revised based on social conditions. All updates will be announced on the official website.

【Expenses, Lodging, Insurance】
•All expenses are the responsibility of the participant.
•Lodging and travel must be arranged by participants (organizer-arranged travel available for a separate fee).
•The organizer is not responsible for accidents, illness, or injuries during the event. Participants are advised to purchase insurance as necessary.
